Abusito's (Food Truck) - Best Authentic Mexican Tacos in Sugar Land, TX

I was looking for “the best” tacos in Houston, and found Abusitos on Instagram. Let me just say, I will be coming back and back and back! The tacos? Definitely the best I’ve had in Houston. The service? Extremely friendly and caring (thank you, Fadi!!). The atmosphere? Perfect for a no-fluff, homey experience on a weekend night. A+ for Abusitos!!!

As a Mexican, I can honestly say these are the best tacos I've ever tasted! The chimichurri on the steak tacos is absolutely phenomenal. Every salsa bursts with fresh, vibrant flavors that are simply irresistible. You absolutely must try the Don if you're in the mood for something exciting and new. And for those who crave the classic, the OG is the quintessential street taco experience. Both are out of this world! If you’re in Houston, try them out for the best tacos.

Yesterday my family and I went to AbuSitos in the evening on HWY 6 Sugar Land. Tacos of AbuSitos were phenomenal and carefully freshly made/prepared. They made fresh Taco and used grass fed beef steaks. Every bite was delicious with different sauce. Service and quantity and quality of was not disappointing at all. I would love to go there again and encourage others to go. Until we go there few times we cannot compare it with others.

Really good tacos!! Drove over an hour just to get some. Both tacos were good but the steak don taco stole the show. Sauces are really yummy too but they definitely have a kick, so start off with a little and you can always add more to spice it up. Can’t forget to point out that they are HALAL! Definitely would recommend Abusitos and I can’t wait to visit them again for some delicious street tacos

At high level overall the tacos were great. Would definitely come back. The meats were very well seasoned, perfectly salted which a lot of places are afraid to do. All of the tacos were delicious but the Don variations were the stand out, as they should be from their name sake. The beef Don was my favorite with everything working well together and having the chimichurri being the final punch to wrap up the assault on your taste buds. The shrimp they used are nice and plump and cooked perfectly. Their salsas are delicious. I tried the mild and the medium. Be advised like those Mexican aunties that say it’s just a little spicy…it’s a little more than a little. Flavors were worth the pain . The only slight drawback is their corn tortillas like most places if they aren’t home made, the corn tortillas is always a little lacking. Just my personal experience when reheated on the flattop a little too long corn tortillas get tough edges. Overall this place is wonderful and I’d definitely drive straight here from Dallas again. 3 steak dons please!

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere that immediately set the stage for an incredible meal. The tacos are nothing short of spectacular. Each bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing a perfect blend of spices that left my taste buds dancing. The meat was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and practically melted in my mouth. The freshness of the ingredients was also impressive. You can tell that they use high-quality produce and herbs, which adds to the overall richness of the tacos. The variety of salsas and toppings available just elevates the whole experience; I highly recommend trying them all to find your perfect combination. Service was impeccable as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their food, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for an authentic taco experience that delivers on taste and quality, look no further than Abusitos. It's a solid 10 out of 10, and I can’t wait to go back for more!

I’ve had many tacos in all of my years and these have to be the best I’ve ever had! Every taco has its own unique flavor and is well balanced. They don’t require anything else but the homemade sauces just add the right amount of kick! You can taste the passion which is so hard to find these days. Treat yourself to this amazing spot!

Don shrimp - 10/10 - Packed with flavor and shrimp was amazing El dorado - 8.5/10 - Really tasty with the jalapeño ranch and ingredients were all fresh Don steak - 8.5/10 - I really liked the melted cheese and guac combo with the steak OG steak - 8/10 - Had less flavor than the other tacos but still tastyy This Halal street-tacos spot’s homemade sauces were the real game-changer They also had some of the freshest ingredients ive tried in street tacos and every taco was so flavorful! I did wait too long to eat them and sadly the steak got a bit too cold/chewy for me but besides that everything was delicious. They offer both corn and flour tortillas (I liked both). They will be open tomorrow (Christmas Day), Friday and Saturday 6pm-12am so be sure to check them out before they sell out!!
